Brick St
The Brick Street project showcases how glass can be creatively utilised in every facet of a project. Digitally printed doors, office dividers, balustrades and glass flooring all combine to create a innovative working environment
Structural steel company D&H called on Metro GlassTech to
create steel from glass.
Metro GlassTech utilised GlassJet to digitally print images of
the Empire State Building to reference the history of steel in
construction.
To add a final touch, a screen print pattern called checker
plate was specially made for the client, which creates the illusion
of steel flooring on the glass. This combined with glass
balustrades, colourbak, spider fittings and splash backs makes
Brick St one of Metro GlassTech's most innovative projects of the
year.
